How to cure permanent dark eye rings? Author:DiseasesDate:04-12 19:18:06 2008

ive had really bad dark eye rings ever since i was born. Seriously, I even have them in my baby/toddler pictures. Ive had them all my life and theyre bothering me. People always say i look like I need rest, when i feel great. I sleep very well so this isnt because of sleep. How do i get rid of them? besides the cucumber thing, and over the counter cream. they do not work for me at all.

Sorry, its the blood vessels under your eyes, you can consult a dermatologist or plastic surgeon, but no cream will ever work. Try to use a good concealer like the Rimmel liquid concealer, then the stay matte mousse foundation. I think they have laser correction or something. Go to a dermatologist and ask her. They do all sorts of things on those makeover shows.

Also, Id recommend Bare Minerals makeup! I have a very red nose and this makeup makes my whole face look so even. Good luck! if as u say this under eye dark circles r from childhood that means that they r genetic there not much u can do abt it ... n abt that cucumber n overcounter creams , they do work atleast they slightly lighten the area around they eye dont give over them ... best u can do is to camouflage it with sm beauty products ...

or else u can go for plastic surgery which is ur own personal choice. This is a great question and there are many people suffering from this issue. I used to have this problem, but do not now. You need to make sure that when you sleep you get good REM sleep. You may be sleeping, but your body is not getting the rest it needs. Also, you need to make sure you are not getting toxic build up from a digestive system that is not working properly.

You need to make sure you are getting adequate water each day. I drink only distilled water now. I bought a distiller on line for $99.00 and use it everyday.

If you are mineral deficient, this will create this problem.

I suggest you do the following and you will see a dramatic difference:

Eliminate all SOY and CANOLA products from your diet. The soy in particular inhibits mineral absorption, especially iron (over 50%) and will make you anemic. Soy is full of the heavy metal Aluminum because it has a great affinity toward it. Check the labels on all foods you eat and make sure you dont get soy in any of it. Soy slows your thyroid down and this will cause your problem, as well. Eat only pink sea salt, not regular white table salt. This is very important because the body looks at the white table salt as toxic. The sea salt is full of minerals and is good for you and important you eat it everyday.

Purchase some Breath Right strips and use one each night. This allows more oxygen into your body at night and helps you get a better REM sleep. There is a product that really helps the REM sleep that I use. You can purchase it at: (not .com). Its called "Tranquinol." It is a natural herb product that promotes REM sleep and really works.

You now need "B" Vitamins that work. Not the hard pills you buy in the health food store and especially not at your local drug store. Those are useless and your yellow urine will be a strong indication of what happens to it in your body. Purchase the Max Stress "B" vitamins from the company listed above. This is a living source and comes in the "end chain" form that is highly assimilable. Start with 1/4 teaspoon and build up to 2 teaspoons per day over a 10 day period.

Now you need to make sure your food is getting digested. I would purchase Betaine HCL and the activator, plus a digestive enzyme from the same company. Take 2 HCL and 1 activator, and 1 enzyme after each meal.

I would also look into taking some nanotized tumeric to cleanse your liver. The liver detox product from that company is really good for this. Take 1/4 teaspoon of this morning and at night in juice or water.

The problem that creates this issue is typically mom not breast feeding and being deficient in omega 3 fatty acids when she was pregnant with you.

You need to add large amounts of omega 3 fatty acids and stay away from omega 6 fatty acid foods like the "vegetable oils" (particularly soybean and canola). Its O.K. and good to use olive oil, walnut oil, palm oil, coconut oil, and avocado oils. Eat a lot of WILD fish (not farm raised garbage), eat a lot of beef from cows fed grass, not the ANGUS beef that you find in stores that are fed grain. The grass fed cows have a high content of omega 3 fatty acids that are really wonderful for you. The coconut oil is really good for you. It contains about 50% lauric acid that is very good for your thyroid and other glands.

Stay completely away from fluoride and anything containing this garbage. It competes in your body with iodine and you will become iodine deficient if you eat this. To check to see if you are deficient in iodine, just paint golf ball size spot on your chest and if its still there in 24 hours, you are o.k., but if it disappears in a few hours, you have a problem.

The last thing that is very important is for you to fix the intestinal flora. I highly recommend you buy the probiotic product from the following web site:

This is a very high quality probiotic product that will definitely help you.

Switch to a Glycerin Soap and do not use the soaps you buy in your local grocery store. These contain lots of chemicals that are toxic and can generate an allergic reaction causing the dark circles.

good luck to you The medicine and health information post by website user , not guarantee correctness , is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment for any medical conditions.
