I’ve decide to not just write about weight loss, but put it in to practice.

Below you will see me the night before the diet started. Also the amount of fruit and vegetables I need to consume for the next 3 days. This is a 7 day diet where I juice all my food.

I’m into day 3 and still feel quite OK. Suffered bad head-aches the first night, but thats probably part of the detox of my body. I’m a coffee addict and easily drank 7 cups of coffee a day.

I will post more and maybe do a video on how it went.

I can already feel some changes, it even looks like my stomach is crimping. Just to add, this is a no-exercise diet. You don’t need to spend time in a gym.

Day 6, and I’m still in the game. At this stage I lost around 4 kg’s and I can feel my waist line is getting thinner. My trousers sit loose on me.I must say, I craze for the food I normally had with my family. We as South Africans eats loads of meat and I can smell it when the rest eats it, but I can’t have any.. what a pain
